    If you go to college in Oneonta, then you know about Tino's. If you dont or are from out of town, then you have a new place to discover. Nothing elequant about it, in fact very modest, but who cares; just come for the good pizza. Located on Water Street also accessable via Main Street, its right in the heart of Oneontas nigh scene.
