1. Good internet service - (free)
2. Beds were reasonable
3. Not looking to spend much time or much money, this might fit the bill
4. Good honest people
5. Toilets and shower worked

1. Few levels below the appearance and quality of a Holiday Inn

A DUMP, disguised as nice by its neat EXteriorA shabby, UNCLEAN establishment, priced higher than a similar competitor in the nearby town of Claremont.. Although the sheets & towels seemed clean, everything else in the small room was stained or worn, including the paint and mirrors.
