The service was nice although understaffed to handle all the kids running in the halls and jumping in the pool. The place was clean except for the movie room that had trash in it and popcorn all over the floor, and it had a funky odor.

Very nice hotel. Probably the nicest Comfort Suites I have ever stayed at.
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good, especially the waffles!
Has very nice fitness room so I could work off the waffles. Took about 5 minutes to get to Spectrum Hospital which is downtown Grand Rapids.
I can’t get over how nice a personable the staff is at this hotel.
Will stay again.
