    We want to thank all the nice people at the Hampton Inn in Albany,NY. You were all the best especially the two guys that checked us in. They made our family of 15 feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious and in good order. Great shower too. The breakfast had a large variety to choose ...

    Wonderful hotel with wonderfully excellent customer service. Check in was pleasent and fast. Room was clean and when I called down to ask for more towels, the front desk was extremely polite as was the young lady who brought the towels.
