Excellent website with all the information-plus they were always available through email to answer any questions. Location and price couldn't be better for a nice weekend escape, especially during the off season (trust me I searched most of RI).

Top of the line Victorian serving the best breakfast by gormet chefs and proprietors, Donna and Greg and their lovely baby Josephine.

Definitly Newport quality at a reduced price and only 10 minutes ride accross the bridge. The best value in the area by far and worth the visit - you will return again and again.

What a wonderful place! The innkeepers were so gracious and kind and welcomed us as if we were family. Rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable with all the great extras like TV, DVD players, wireless internet. Breakfast was a real treat. Would highly recommend and hope to stay there again.

Lovely Victorian home, beautifully decorated, rooms are vey comfortable makes you feel right at home. Breakfast is served with homemade muffins and pastries, which are outstanding. The owners are delightful with their cute baby girl. The location is convienent and the service was wonderful. I would defintely return.

Both Donna and Greg are such gracious hosts. Breakfast was amazing, they are such good chefs. It is nice to see their little family of a baby girl and the two cats.

You can see the water from the house, which I found very relaxing. The decor of the house is very comfortable and makes you feel like you are in heaven.

You can see that Donna and Greg put a lot of love into their establishment.
