This is a great place for a family. . .you are close to everything Lancaster County is famous for, and have a birds-eye view of life on a farm. Cherry-Crest Farm and its Amazing Maize Maze - open July through October) is lots of fun for all ages. In addition to the corn maze (which has a game incorporated into it) there are other farm-related activities to enjoy. . .they have a web site that lists everything.

This review is not for the hotel, but for the 'event' itself. Cherry Crest Farms is one of the most fantastic places my family has every visited! The kids were completely absorbed for 6+ hours, and we could've spent longer! What a fantastic operation!
