We stayed in a tent site (T8) and it was very dissappointing. The campground itself backs up to the intersection of Rt 15 & Taneytown Rd which means we awoke on Saturday morning to Harley Nation hitting the entrance ramp at 6am. We have stayed at this campground for two years in a row with reservations for a third. Most of the roads are gravel or paved and have no mud when it rains. We have loved this place because of the large rocks that separate the campsites. The permanent sites are close together but the temporary sites are spacious and well separated. We have always loved our time there.

This campground was a noisy, muddy mess! It is located right beside a major highway, the campsites were were muddy and so close to one another. There was no way to have privacy.
