If they offered the rooms for $5 I may think about going back. Unbelievably rude staff. Customer service offered no help in getting an extra key and yelled at us for using the community mini-fridge. We paid over $200 dollars for this tiny room with no wardrobe and a poor bathroom. The biggest problem was that we could hear every word and conversation of the guests below us - they weren't loud guests, but there is no sound proofing at all. Staff was friendly and rooms comfortable. We originally had rooms at the Bordeaux House, but it was so bad that after one night, we had to leave.
This was much more acceptable! Common areas were cozy. It's not a 5-star hotel, but I would not hesitate to stay there again.
