DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Very strict rules/regulations. It's one thing to enforce your rules, however it's completely different to be a JERK while doing so! Owner was very rude to our visitors! They even made us pay for my neice that wasn't even 2 weeks old at the time! There are MUCH better places to camp in Townsend. Try Mountaneer or Treemont instead!

Premium sites are oversized concrete pads...very nice. But the roads are gravel and the turns are tight. They claim to have free wi-fi at your site but that is simply not true. Wi-fi is available only at the office. They have a long list of rules and violators are subjuct to eviction without refund. The owners are so uptight about their precious rules it's hard to have a nice time at this park. My suggestion is to keep looking...
