A pleasant surprise. One of the nicer Hampton Inns I've ever stayed at.

Friendly customer service. Nice room and grounds. Just up the hill from lots of stores and restaurants in the mall area. Rooms clean. The only thing odd was a strange evidence of mildew painted over in the bathroom..kind of like it was still growing under the paint. Nice breakfast.

We stayed here and had the best customer service! The continental breakfast was delicious. I recommend this to anyone coming to Yuma to shop at he brand new mall, which is a short walk from the hotel. Enjoy your stay! I know I did!

This could be the the definitive Hampton inn for hospitality and cleanliness. This was our second time to this Hampton Inn this year. This time we stopped in for one night and ended up staying for three. The pool area was spotless and the water was clear as can be. The breakfast area was the best! all the front desk staff that worked on sat. 4th of august and sunday morning. were very nice and helpful please make sure to let them know they made my family stay there vvery pleasant.

when you walk in you are greeted by friendly customer service people. Its clean, smells fresh, and very easy to get around it.
The front desk, has always gone out of their way to take care of us.

It took me a half hour to check inn because of a poorly trained desk clerk. The desk clerks don't know the area very well so don't ask them for directions. The rest of the staff is great! The front desk staff needs work. Beautiful new hotel but I would never go back.

This is a nice new hotel, but they are proud of it and it's one of the higher priced hotels in town. It's too high priced for this area.
