I booked a cottage last april and the shower head ran and flooded the bath floor, to the point the floor was rotten. Mouse dropping on all the kitchen stuff and a strong smell of mold! But worse of all when we complained the owner yelled at us and said he didnt want trouble maker like us at his place.
