They also organised some fantastic trips to Sapa and Halong Bay for us, which were excellent. The staff are friendly and happy to help, breakfast was great and hearty.
The hotel was very clean, the service was fantastic, it's located right in the Old Quarter, the rooms were good (own computer with internet access, which you don't get in many other hotels) and the price was very reasonable.
