You had to pay immediately for the whole stay, stayed for 12 days and could not cancel. Really unhelpful and nasty staff, some don't even talk english so good luck if your electrical key doesn't work (like always!). Prepare also for the staff to get in your room without knocking and turning on the light in the middle of the night!
