My wife and I loved staying at the Venus hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and helped wherever they could. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent homefare. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to stay in Pamukkale

Staff were extremely friendly. Owner's mother cooked an excellent three course dinner. Gave free car service to the main entrance of Hierapolis. Located near to the Traventines. TV in the room, free internet service and swimming pool.

A comfortable, quiet, small hotel in the best part of the Pamukkale town. Very friendly staff and nicely furnished rooms. Excellent food and local wines. Highly recommended

I read all of these reviews before I went to Turkey and found them very helpful and correct and we had a great time there, but would like to add that it is wise for travellers to make a reservation at Venus Hotel so you can get there first, get all the information you need about the area before you go up the travertines and then not have to worry about where you're going to stay.

İ've been travelling around Turkey for 3 weeks now and staying at Venus Hotel in Pamukkale has easily been the highlight so far. The rooms (that have just been renovated) had beautiful views of the famous thermal pools here and were so cozy! İ have to mention the meals at their restaurant too - absolutely superb!
