ParadiseWe stayed at Big Johns at the end of Feb 2007. It is a wonderful resort and one I would highly recommend. It is on the quieter west side of the island, and if you want noise, bustle and lots of people, then it will not be for you. Dream Wedding in Paradise!!!!!We can't say enough good things about Big John's Resort. We booked over the internet and had them arrange our wedding for us. We e-mailed back and forth and they had everything how we wanted it. Cozy place outside the mainstreamWe stayed in Big John for a week in January 2006. The place is composed of two hotels – Big John 2 (the old one with hexagonal bungalows shown on the photos) and Big John 1 (the new one with regular rectangular bungalows). The Johns separated by just about 100 meters of beach walk. The restaurant and reception is located in Big John 1.
