Traveller's Inn surpassed my expectations completely. I went in Jan 2009 and it wasn't dead ! There were a fair few people around - just about all of them were repeat residents.

It is safe, clean, central to town and the main tourist sites but also the hostel was warm and heated all the time too. A necessity for the - 6 Deg C day time ...
