No breakfast though advertised, just a case of pre-packaged crossaints! Cottages were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly but not often available. Restaurant owned by site is a few miles away a too pricey. Views were nice. They were working on sidewalk at 6:00 AM and woke us up with the saws!

My wife and I escaped to this place after a week of business in Rome. It was beautiful, peaceful, very romantic and oh so very quiet after Rome. We had a charming room with a little kitchenette.
