The Magnolia is a lovely hotel and has everything one could hope for at this price: quiet, comfort, cleanliness, style, great service and location, location, location!

The only negative is that there wasn't a window in my upstairs room, just a skylight. With the shade open the moonlight flooded my room at night -- too bad I was traveling alone -- but no window was just too claustrophobic for my comfort level.
