    I have stumbled upon Hotel Pearl Palace in the middle of the night and found it truly to be a pearl in a sea of budget hotels. It is my first time in India, and almost two weeks into my trip experienced mostly lackluster budgets. Hotel Pearl Palace easily passes as a top-end hotel.
