This hotel was recomended by a some friends of mine. I had a wonderful experince there. Martine took wonderful care of my friend and I. The location was wonderful being 5 mins from the beach. Even though it was during the high tourest season and during the world cup finals I was able to sleep very well and I woke up refreshed. I would recomend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value for the prize.

Let me start out by saying that yes, Martine, the owner (and the staff all by herself), is very helpful; you can use her kitchen, her fridge, the internet etc. And yes, the hotel is located in the very center of Nice, the beach is only 2 mins away.
