Can't wait to go back!!!This is a great place to stay. The Owners live onsite and it is immaculately kept. They were very friendly - especially with my children!

Great experienceThe most friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming staff I have ever come across at a guesthouse (and I have done lots of travelling).
Bright, clean and comfortable room, guest fridge, outdoor seating area in peaceful garden.
Convenient for the port, and beach at Lapad, and an easy walk/bus ride to the Old Town (but well away from the hordes of package tourists).
