The staff are the frienliest, most helpful people I have ever met. Their information on the city and their advice on my travel plans were excellent. They even helped me with some minor car repairs. Loved the pancake breakfast and the free car park.
The building is old so the cleanliness is not 100% but is adequate. They are doing some renovations so it should improve on that front.
