They used my account information again!

I stayed in the hotel for a few nights.
And some time later, they just used my account information to charge me again!!!!
Do not book this hotel!

CHEAP BUT GOOD

we found the staff to be very helpful and polite. Taxi driver had great difficulty finding the hotel which was not in fact in Ciampino but a few kilometers outside. Train service very good and cheap to Rome, and on time about 400 metres from hotel. Just watch crossing the main highway - dont trust the `green man'. Breakfast just croissants. Could perhaps have been rolls as well.

I had my car crashed in thehotels parking lot

I stayed in this hotel with my family in July 2006 with my family, I left my car in the closed parking lot of the hotel thinking it would be safe, when I woke up the next morning I saw my car was smashed, the hotel management offered no help saying they had no guard or camera in the parking lot, now I have to pay for the damages, people should know that their cars are not safe in this hotel !
