    My boyfriend and I happened to stop in Saratoga Springs on our way back to CT from Lake Placid for lunch and we discovered Wheatfields. My boyfriend, at first, was a bit intimidated by the white table cloths and upscale look of Wheatfields. The daily panini special (prosciutto with smoked gouda)was very tasty as was the homemade tortellini alfredo. ...

    Wow. This place has become REALLY bad. If you want to pay high prices for VERY bad food go to this place. When we went there the dishes we had ran from (at best)boring, to actually RANCID! My friend sent his back to the kitchen. When the bill came we were still charged for the rancid food!
    The waitress was very timid and seemed to not understand ...

    This USED to be my favorite restaurant to eat at for special occasions. Since the remodel the food quality has gone way downhill. I now go to The Ripe Tomato for my italian dinners.

    The Wheat Fields is excellent! Their wedge blue cheese salad is awesome, and so is the fried pasta with cheese inside (app)! Yummm! Its great to sit out on their patio on Broadway in the summer time! Downtown Saratoga!
