I went to the 2007 Vampire Ball in the Heidelberg castle and it was incredible. Three levels of drinks, dancing, and live music and thousands of crazy costumes. Lots of folks of all ages having fun there - must see event if you're in town.

Outstanding. First time I ever went to this Ball in the Castle, I have been there many times, at Stadt Hall, but Castle was as good or better. Recommend anyone who can make it attend it next year. It is alwasys the Friday/Saturday night prior to Ash Wednesday.

I have been to the Vampire Ball many times, when it was in Stadt Hall "Heidelberg", Rose Garden in Mannhiem and now I will be travleing from the US to Heidleberg to attend it in the Heidelberg Castle. What a great party, I went for years and didn't even know there were many rooms with a variety of bands (Beatles, Rolling Stones, Elvis etc) Can't wait to be there on February 16th 2007.
