One goes to Fuji Ya because it is a hip place that serves very good sushi and other non-sushi plates, along with very good drinks. It is the perfect place to take your loved one for a night out, assuming of course, your loved on likes sushi and other oriental food.

It's right across the street from the Children's Museum. We stopped in on our way to a show and were in a major hurry. From ordering to leaving, we were there 15 minutes! The service was awesome! I'd definitely go again!

Really liked the Sushi. My girlfriend is Japanese and said from her experience of Sushi in this country, though limited, Fuji Ya is the best. It is kinda expensive, though what can you expect for sushi in minneapolis? Excellent place, will return.

I discovered Japaneese food five years ago. Ever since I am a big fan of Sushi and Sashimi. In Minneapolis - Saint Paul, there are only three place I really Enjoy. Fuji Ya is one of them.
