For good pastrami, check out this corner deli in downtown Bay Shore. Make sure to have one of their crisp hot dogs as an appetizer, and a couple of jelly rings for dessert. The place is pretty anonymous inside, and the prices are a bit high (no free refills) but the food is very tasty.
