I was at The River Cafe on 6-14-08. We were a group of ten people. The food was Out Of This World and the service was the best ever. Our guests are still raving about it. I can't wait to go there again. Oh!, the view was extraordinary!!!

I didn't even get to the restaurant! The know-it-all manager, Scott, needs to learn a service mentality. Talking with you was frustrating, and your not returning my later call was inexcusable. While Erica was delightful, you have problems that a good restaurant doesn't need. My best wishes to your customers and employees - they'll need it.

You can't imagine any view better in NYC, the mahattan downtown skyline is just outside your window. Just keep in mind of their dress code: jacket required for dinner.

It was not a "dinner" but an experience that included fabulous views of the city as well as excellent food. I would guarantee this restaurant for special occasions.....rather expensive, but worth it!
