Went to Casa del Sol this evening and had a terrible experience. After munching on some decent chips and salsa, we ordered our food. After about 15 minutes, the dinners came out...lukewarm. We sent them back and yet again they were not heated properly! The waiter was not very nice during this whole process, barely muttering a quick "sorry about that".

Needless to say...we won't be back to this restaurant!

I go for the bands that play there.
A more mature crowd and the bands tend to cater to an older but hip audience.
The food is good and the atmosphere is great.
Make sure you check out PAPA HOODOO when they play there, a great band that takes some classic rock tunes to another level.

The best table-side guacamole ever! They have live music some nights which can be a distraction, but on the whole great mexican food, great margaritas, great mojitos - and please do get the guacamole made tableside.

This place has it all. Fun, food, people location. I would definately recommend it hightly.
