This place has good food but horrible service. I did not enjoy my lunch there at all. The waitresses are very rude. In fact, they are so rude they stopped and surrounded (all the five waitresses working at the moment) me and my two girlfriends because we didn't give the right amount of tip. They should have been lucky to even have gotten a tip with their horrible service. It shouldn't take an hour and a half to eat lunch.

For the price this place is the best in rockland.. The freshest in Rockland.! I Highly recommend this place.

This is just the yummiestit's hard to get good sushi out of the city but boy does this place deliver the goods! Delish, everything- I've tried their tempura, teriyaki, sushi, rolls, appetizers- not one thing disappoints.

I've never eaten at the restaurant, just always use them for take out, so I cannot speak to the service or the ambiance of the restaurant. However, the sushi is always fresh and they have a great variety of standards (spicy tuna roll and california roll) and of innovative rolls (try the crystal roll, it's my favorite). It is a bit pricey, but for the area is definetly the best sushi around

My friend told me it is a nice place to go. However, I didn't enjoy my dinner. everything is fresh but overpriced too much! Service is terrible, the waitresses are sitting there and chat, no one take care us. Atmosphere is bad too, little fly, bugs are surrounding while we having dinner. Man, I wouldn't recommend my friend go there. same amount of money I rather spend in somewhere else that it worth it.

This sushi place is as good as the ones in Manahttan , if not better, it is so fresh. The spicy tuna roll melts in my mouth,you cant even taste fish. The only complant I have is, when I do take-out, it seems like they expect me to tip them. And Flirt in Suffern does not even compare, they are also way overpriced. stick with Sakana.

I went here on previous reviews for great sushi. I was not disappointed. It was a little difficult place to find. I called the restaurant and the owner personally guided me to the restaurant! INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY AND WANT TO MAKE EVERY VISIT AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. IT'S THAT GOOD, WE EAT THERE ON AN AVERAGE OF TWICE A WEEK !! A MUST FOR THE SUSHI LOVER !! ..DL
