This is my go-to take out place in Tarrytown. Delicious fresh food at affordable prices! I especially love the chicken souvlaki and greek salad!

Good food, friendly staff, convenient and tasty. It is worth the money you spend, but don't worry, it is unexpensive. You eat tasty food, big portions and spend little money.

I had never tried Greek food before and my roommate made me try Lefteris. I loved it! It is so good. Even during a packed time, eating in we got our food in less than 6 minutes but ordering delivery takes an hour to get. That's how popular they are. I have out of town people that when they visit insist on eating here. Very good food.

I love this place! Amazing food with amazing prices. I love small charming resturants and this one fits the bill. The waiters have always been friendly when I've been. The lemon chicken rice soup is tastey and their pitas are warm and soft and delicious. Who cares about Helen? This could be the pita "that launched a thousand ships". This place is seriously my new love affair!

I have to say... food was mediocre. My friend and I split the large Spanikopita which was a bit soggy. Didn't have that nice crisp phyllo crunch.
Had the Lamb Gyro which was okay. Nice portion size but way too much lettuce and hardly any tomatoes and not enough sauce. Waiter was an older man and a bit grumpy and hard to understand. Not worth a trip back.

This may look like a coffee shop, but the food is authentic, delicious and a great deal for the price.
Portions are generous, and it's well worth exploring the menu for some things you haven't tried before....side dishes are a good way to go off the beaten path.
