Stellar service! The food here is very good, but what really stood out to me here is the amazing service. Presentation of food is great, some plates are excellent and some are just good. The room is absolutely lovely and they change the decor throughout the year. I highly recommend this restaurant for a fine dining weekday meal, special occasion celebration and special date.

I was amazed...: I was looking forward to a great evening of French food and service. What my table experienced was awkward service and cold, tasteless food.
The meal started off on a positive note with a tiered tray of hors devourers - some great, some less than great.
The wine list is huge, and the waiters will offer help if you ask. Speaking ...

...in my opinion, it's time for Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares to step in. Gordon can fix this one!

  • Worth the extreme expense...

My wife and I enjoyed the what has now set the bar as the most expensive meal of our lives, yet the experience was worth every penny - I wouldn't change a thing.

Every bite was a surprise, and every sip of wine (we allowed the sommelier to recommend paired glasses of wine for each course) beautifully enhanced the complex layers of ...

  • Good for ambiance but not so good for food.

We didn't care for the food there. They used duck liver for foir gras and it was not as creamy as real goose liver supposed to be. Neither the soup or the main course impressed us but they did have big portions and ambiance/service were good.

  • pretty tasteless

Service was fine, milieu also, but the food was tasteless. I can't believe there's anyone French in the kitchen. Tastes as if the kitchen has been outsourced or angled at the sugar-toothed end of the American mass market. There's not a dish withouot some sweet sauce on it. Yuk.

  • Save this one for SPECIAL occasions!
    By jubjub, 08/20/06
This place will make any occasion a special one. We went the day after we were engaged and loved it. Service is spectacular, the food is great the wine list weighs 50 lbs and the space is great. The only thing that should slow anyone down is the price, but that's why you save it for special occasions.
