OH MY! Was it ever wonderful! I was in NYC for 3 days with my daughters, we ate lunch there on the first day. It was sooo good we had to go back again before we left!

Went here on our honeymoon from Louisiana because I did some research and read that this was a very famous place and even celebrities rave on their pizza. I thought we should try some real NY pizza before we leave for lunch.

Average... Maybe it is because I am from Lousiana, but I was just not over the top about this pizza. It was definitely ...

i was really dissapointed with both the original and the white pizza that we ordered yesterday . This place has really changed since the last time that my family had stopped by .. I am a New Yorker, been living in N.J for the past 14 years, i travel just about anywhere for a good slice of pizza, i am really not coming back to Lombardis... The ...

I cannot give Lombardi's 5 stars. The best thing they have going for them is the sauce. If you order the original margarhita pizza ($14.50 for small pizza) there is VERY little cheese. You have to pay 3 dollars more for a decent amount of cheese. And up to 5 more dollars per topping. The crust is VERY thin, and very hard. The breadsticks were ...

On my NYC vacation, this was one of the eateries I wanted to try. I have had the brick oven pizza before, but I was not that impressed.

I recommend V&T Pizza by Columbia University.

I recently got back from visiting friends in New York and they insisted that i try "real" pizza. Long story short: slow service(yes, its a pizza place, but it was too slow), very busy and crowded, and the pizza is just not that great. Maybe i expected too much because of how everyone raves about it being the "authentic" american ...

First of all I must confess that I love, LOVE pizza. Even a bad pizza is eadible whereas some foods have to be good to be eaten.

I heard about this place from my friends in NY for years, they promised that when I visit them in NY they have to take me there.

I went, I saw, I ate, I am not impressed. I have had better, much better pies in ...

I went to Lombardi's on a pizza tour, and it was ridiculously good. I LOVE coal-fired brick oven pizza, and Lombardi's is top notch.

This is the best pizza by far of any I have ever had in any city. The sauce is supreme, superb, fantastic, etc. My wife and I were there 3/29/09 and got right in, but we went half an hour after it opened. I would stand in line for a long time to get this pizza and I don't like standing in lines.
It is a must if you are in NYC.

This is a good value for the pie. All of the components were of good quality. You almost don't need toppings; the cheese and basil is perfect. This is also a bit more spacious than some places in NYC, but be prepared to wait for a table. Seems like a good place for a romantic dinner or for family.
