Rocking Horse is an establishment in Chelsea. The food is great, Mexican fusion edging on the fancy side but not overpriced. I've eaten here for brunch and dinner and both were excellent.

But the best time to experience Rocking Horse is on a warm summer evening drinking one of their delicious margaritas in the outdoor seating. You won't be alone though... it's usually hard to find a seat under these perfect conditions.
