I've never eaten the sushi at U-yee, but the hibachi is amazing. The fried rice is the best rice I've ever had. I also love the filet mignon. It's a perfect place if you're in the mood for hibachi

i am from the south, but travel all over the USA. I found this sushi barely edible. The fish did not appear to be fresh and everything was room temperature. The white fish on the dragon roll was disgusting. The Salmon was ok, the rice was not good. I have had much better sushi from a grocery store. Half price was the only positive, but it still wasnt worth it, i guess that should have been the warning sign, even thought it was pretty crowded.

U-Yee's has very good sushi. Personally i haven't gotten hibachi there, but the sushi and the price is very worth the trip. The quality of the food is nothing but exceptional.

i have gone here often for a few years. i love this place. however, it is not a 5 star restaurant so dont expect one. they offer very good sushi for a great price. the half off specials are fantastic. i would recommend this to any casual diner as a must try. try the volcano roll!!!!!!!!!
