    I used to frequent American Pie when I was in High School (1979) and it was wonderful. While shopping this week I stopped in for 2 slices of onion and pepper pizza because it looked like the best food that was already made. Well for $2.30/slice I thought it was barely OK as hungry as I was. The ends were mushy, the pizza was dry and the frowning ...

    I was unhappy with American Pie when I first came to the area but I have to say that since it became "Joe Russo's American Pie" it has gone in a better direction. A large cheese pie is $10.65, not a great deal, but normal for the area. The cheese and the sausage pies that I tried were good to very good and the new manager is now offering $4.99 "lunchbox specials." Good deal.
