The food is average quality. The service is changed over the years. The waiting staff is less friendly (especially if you are Asian) and less attentive when you are not a regular patron. They have a unwritten rule of tipping 18% and if tipped less might follow you to parking lot demanding the difference.

Good food reasonably priced. I haven't had a bad meal at Thai Kitchen II yet.

I love this place. Great Thai Food for reasonable price with an atmosphere little exotic, charming though very casual and unpresumptuous. I always have chicken satae and honey puff as my appetizer. they are so delicious and the puff come with yellow thick curry sauce which so....woow can't tell.
Also they have very warm and accomodating staff that always sincere about our satisfaction.
I will keep going back

Very frequent to Thai kitchen II,Best amount all. Good food, good atmosphere and excellent service. Highly recommended. Such a busy restaurant, I dont see the staff are rude and begging for tip. They are very polite and helpful, might be abit of rushing during the busy hour as i believe. will be back soon to have the delicious sticky rice with mango, and the pad kee mao is awsome.

Horrible service. I ordered the fried tofu appetizer and it was inedible. When I told our server that we disliked it, I was told that their policy is not to take back food.
