This place is the worst...no free refills on soda. They tell people when Pepsi gives him free refills they'll give them to the customers. They raised prices in this economy and fired a waitress for giving free refills. Too many good places in the area to waste your money here.

service as well as food quality has declined at frank's. ate there for mother's day and was not only disatified with the food and the service, but was treated rudely by the staff. we had to wait over an hour for our uncooked food and then when we told the waitress was basically laughed at by the wait staff, as well as the owner. will not be back there any time soon!!!!!

I've seen a decline in both the service and the food lately at this establishment. A house salad consists of one slice of cucumber, one cherry tomato, one olive and shredded carrots and mainly lettuce. Come on guys, don't try to cheat us! Most of the wait staff is good but we had a waitress a few times that was just awful. I am really reluctant to go back due to her.
