This is one of those places that, in my opinion used to be great, but has lost some of it's charm & quality. Every surface in the place seems greasy. That is off-putting right away. The food is generally good, with occsaional greatness, and also occasioanl weakness. Now that Thai Tida has opened in town, I much prefer that. Food is better & the place is cleaner.

Not bad and not good. Also not very Thai. I love Thai food and going by the reviews here I had expected more. However, the service was pleasant.

I have been going to Siam for over 18 years. I have been to Thai restaurants in New York, Philadelphia etc. All of the people who work at Siam are down to earth people who could recognize a snob - such as the person who wrote such a ridiculous review previousy listed.... I hope they did treat her as she deserved since I don't want to have to sit beside her on my next visit.

Thai food is a favorite cuisine for both my wife and me, and we are fortunate to live in an area where there are no fewer than a half-dozen Thai restaurants within minutes of our home… so, needless to say, we eat Thai food quite often. Recently, we were in the Lambertville area for business, and we had the opportunity to visit Siam Thai.

Siam Thai is one of those restaurants that spoils you for all other Thai restaurants. The food is unique and flavorful, with sauces that will get you eating every grain of rice just to soak them up.

Their chicken coconut soup is simple, yet light and flavored in a way that no other has matched. The shrimp lemongrass soup has so much flavor, ...

My spouse and I are both CIA graduates. We eat in many many places and have even written reviews on them. This place came highly recommended on craiglist. We went last night--a Friday night. I called for reservations and they said we needed to make though though the place was empty when we arrived. The wait staff was very very snooty-on high ...
