Friendly staff, decent breakfast, comfy bed and magnificent view from the small porch. Not the Radisson but room was a $100 less than another hotel across the street. One gripe was no ice machinr. Great access to Zion Park.

I've stayed in better cheap hotels!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/14/09
The hotel is over priced for the ammenities and quality. I spent extra for a room with a view. You have to step outside for the view. The room was clean, smelled like too much bleach, and was very noisy. We were downstairs and you can hear the entrance door slamming shut every couple of minutes and could hear people upstairs. The pool was too ...
We stayed in the campground behind the hotel. We were a group of 29 people and we were packed into four tiny sites. Another big problem was that the road by our site did not have an outlet so you had to back out. Because we were traveling with 19 people's camping gear we had a trailer. You can't imagine how difficult it was to maneuver that ...
Quality Inn definetely lives up to its name. The staff was friendly, and Zion Park was BEYOO-Tiful. Our room smelled wonderful, like fresh vanilla and cinnamon. The lotions they provided were soothing, and our view of the mountains were beautiful. In our view also there was a little vegetable garden (so cute!) A garden with high towering mountains ...

The staff at this hotel are extremely complacent. The automatic wake-up call system doesn't work and we needed to get up early to catch a shuttle for hiking. The second night we were finally able to reach a person at the front desk and requested a wake-up call. He refused to do it and referred us to the automatic system which we had tried with ...

After reading the revies that are all over the place, I'll share mine. We called EVERY hotel in AAA book and all were booked except this one, so we walked in. Owner was very nice to us. This hotel is combined with a rv park so there is a great little store attached and washer/dryers. Great for us! The room/hallway smelled like bleach. Breakfast was good-the room is small. A good deal though.

I wouldn't stay here again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/01/06
I was very disappointed especially for the price. The staff was rude, the hotel was noisy, the rooms were small, and the breakfast was unappetizing and very minimal. I wouldn't stay here again.

I made a reservation at the Quality Inn hotel at Springdale, Utah, for the night of July 18th. We arrived at the hotel around 11pm, after a long and tiring drive. It turned out that the reception was closed. In fact I went by the hotel 3 times until I realized that the dark place is, in fact, the reception. Eventually I found a booth with an ...
