The male desk staff was wonderful he gave me directions to the hotel when I was lost 3 times and did not get irritated!! The room was very nice, clean and the continental breakfast was very good and had a great selection. One of the day shift desk staff was less than pleasant. The hotel is in a great location and very easy to find Camp LeJeune and all the stores and restaurants on my first visit to Jacksonville.

As soon as we entered our room on the 1st of 5 nights, the room stunk like mold. The bathroom shower was filled with hair and the toilet had not been cleaned. Everytime I go to Jacksonville, I stay at this hotel. It is quite nice. All of the staff is friendly and always there when you need them. The continental breakfast is great! And the hotel is located near some shopping.
