Checked in at 1 pm and were told it would be about a 1 1/2 hour wait for a room to be cleaned. After 4 calls to the front desk we finally got into a room 4 hours later at 5pm. We asked three seperate employees specifically about the pool avaliability because we had a 20 yr old and an 18 yr old with us who couldn't gamble so they were looking forward to going to the pool. Kids gave us Pala for our 50th anniversary. The room was wonderful and the bath even better. Roses on the bed, lovely gift from the hotel. Dinner at fabulous. Would go there again, in a flash.

We had a great time at Pala Casino and Resort, we were there for a Clay Aiken concert. The weather was beautiful and The rooms were spacious with a very large bathroom. The staff was helpful.
