hit the reception fireside room on a weekend night, or sunday afternoon. they usually have someone playing guitar, reading aloud, etc..and if you're inconspicuous, there is wine available...not sure who it's for 'technically' but hey, go ahead, grab a glass and pretend you belong.

For tourists -the very best of locations. Close to the cable car terminus at Fishermans' wharf. Great calm chowder to boot! I recommend.

We loved the Argonaut Hotel. It was a wonderful place to stay. We loved the nautical theme throughout the hotel. We also loved the Maritime Museum located inside the hotel.

The location is perfect. We were able to walk to see the other Maritime Museum ships and we were also able to walk to Fisherman's Wharf.

i like that place because of its nice and simple place....not so luxurious but simple. The rooms are very clean and also the service are good....anyway just keep up the good work. I shall return.

The room was nicely appointed, bright and colorful. The comfy robes and butter smooth bed linen were pleasant surprises.
