Great wood fired pizza. The crust is truly amazing it's what makes the pizza. It's not chewy or gummy like most other places. I live in Chatham which is the next town over and I drive the extra 10 minutes to get their pies. As great as their pies are they have terrific and inventive pastas.

I called headed for 4 slices to go, when I got home I found 4 dried up slices in the box (if it's old throw it out, don't sell it to me), I think they were from yesterdays pie or were sitting out all day

I also have had mistakes, ordering from here, my office won't buy from here anymore glad to see we're not the only ones getting wrong orders from here, they also serve wilted salads, day old romain I guess, simply horrible.

Summit Brick Oven really knows how to make a pizza. Their bosses, Vinny and Vito, (brothers) are very funny, and know how to run the business. They really know how to get the job done. They are caring, and treat all the younger employees like sons they never had. For myself, a Sicilian, it was a pleasure to work for them in the past.
