SUPERB: I just read the last review where my favorite restaurant did not get a good review well let me tell you! I have been going to the Ridgewood Restaurant for many years and I have sent friends and associates to this wonderful restaurant that is hidden away i have never been disappointed.

WOW!! This place surpassed my expectations BY FAR!! Who would have known such a stupendous restaurant would be in HOPATCONG NJ! The RIDGEWOOD RESTAURANT is by far the best place around...their portions are gigantic and the prices are way beyond reasonable...

oh yeah and the cook... SMOKIN HOT!!

Tremendous Restaurant! Could not say enough about this establishment. Form the polite friendly staff with tons of personality. To the unique specials that make it hard to believe you’re in northern New Jersey and not Manhattan. I came here with local family and friends all the way from NYC and I will definitely be back!

This is a great place to go to eat or for a drink...the food is excellent and the drinks are more than fair...steaks are made the way you like them...chicken and fish and pasta are also terrific...all the portions are more than generous and the staff is kind and cheerful

I have had dinner here on several occasions. The Clams in Green Sauce are superb! Most entrees I had were fish and again, excellent. The bartender does not have any personality.

Went here on a Friday night with my husband and the atmosphere inside is very nice (and was decorated beautifully for Christmas). They start you off by bringing out a bread basket with butter and an oil dipping sauce. The oil sauce was absolutely fantastic! I never touched the butter. Then you get a salad, which is mostly iceberg lettuce with ...

Great atmosphere, great food and wonderful staff. Amazing clams and even more amazing sangria! I highly recommend the buffalo calamari and either the green clams or the ridgewood clams!

This is one of my favorite places to eat!

At the conclusion of our meal, both our waitress and the manager refused to honor their promotional offer that appears in the Entertainment Book. Clearly, there were no restrictions or exclusions mentioned in their advertisement. This ad was also posted on the Internet as well. In the last 10 years of using the Entertainment Book, we have never had any problems like this. We would never consider going back!
