Great place for sushi. Long Valley and What's Up rolls are perfect. Service can sometimes be slow, but overall very good. Definitely recommend.

This is a GREAT place to go for your birthday. I prefer getting the Shabu Shabu Beef dish. The beef for shabu shabu comes from cows that have their bellies massaged every day to make the beef EXTRA tender. A Real winner of a dish.

AMAZING Sushi! Best in the area. Service is great even when they're extremely busy which is EVERY WEEKEND! Highly reccommend making a reservation and trying the 'Playboy Roll'. Also it's BYOB which makes it even more affordable!

This is one of the best Japanese restaurants, measured by the quality and variety of the food, service (the owner is fabulous and always by the door, it seems, to greet you and then bid you sayonara), and ambience. Yes, it can get super noisy and you may have to wait a bit for food, but it's always well worth it. One of the few dining gems in the Warren County region.

Great sushi, and with the addition of their Hibachi area downstairs, it's great fun as well. Highly recommended, and worth a trip if you're not in the Hackettstown area!

Fujiyama rocks!! I can't eat any other sushi without comparing it to this place....it's the best around.....highly highly recommended!!!
