I just went last friday for the first time for my anniversary with my boyfriend. I can say nothing but great things about this place. The service was excellent, the food superb, the drinks yummy as ever especially the warm wine (which is on the house) at the end of dinner. I've been to plenty of mexican places before but this is by far the best!

We have tried all of the big mexican places around, and El Coyote is hands-down the best. The service is exceptional, and the food is the best Mexican I've had north of the border. I highly recommend the Mole Poblano - the sauce is the recipe of the owners' mother. If there's a crowd, the bar has tables that are usually available with no wait and the service is just as good as in the dining room.
