I had a chicken souvlaki, hubby had ziti with meat balls - the meat balls in the ziti were tennis ball size with a melt in your mouth sauce, more than ample amount of sauce. I have tried to recreate the souvlaki in my kitchen to no avail -- it was simply delicious & I must have their recipe.
