Food was good but the service was lacking. The owner or manager (not sure which) actually spilled soup on me. Rather than offering to pick up the tab for my entree or dry cleaning he said "wow, I never do that". Later a waitress came by and offered us free coffee.

Food is good and the waitress run ragged but if you have any sort of problem or concern you might as well keep it to yourself because the older man who is the owner is not friendly or accomodating. Glastonbury offers many really good eating establishments now so spread your wings!

The food at Pazzo is outstanding and after 6 visits there with a bunch if different friends and family members, everyone walks away with the "WOW" impression. Service is top notch. Ambiance is busy and a little noisy for my taste but not a show stopper, well worth the trip. If you are with a group request the back room to keep it quiet. ...

We have two small children so we dont get a chance to get out to eat very often. Pazzos is a place we go when we really need a nice relaxing night out where we know we wont be disapointed. With so few chances for quiet evenings we go to Pazzos with no doubt that we wont be disapointed! We love it!!

I was taken aback when I saw the overall rating for Pazzo in these reviews. I have eaten at Pazzo's at least a dozen times in the last several years with family, friends and business associates. Every person I have dined with has positive comments about the food quality, portion size and service.

well...the chicken was cold and dry....really poor quality....when made a mention about it to server...they were rude and crass....said they served 10,000..and never had a complaint? well...if you want a busy, noisy place with lousy food this is it....if you want a meal....go elsewhere..
