Flatbread in Middlebury if by far the supreme flatbread experience. Though it gets busy (we had to wait about an hour for a table), the hostess' were welcoming and caring, and the bartender was extremely nice, knowledgable, and in control, even though he was very very busy, and great with our children. Excellent place. I highly recommend it.

Even though it's Flatbread and not pizza it's still the best pizza from here to Chicago.

The pizza is the best. With the use of local products it also helps our local economy. usually long wait after 5:30 or 6 pm. only open friday and saturday makes crowds larger.
